Rocailles are little glass beads that can be sewn onto fabrics or you can make necklaces etc from them. I didn't quite know if this word exists in english too fo these beads
Pailettes are some kind of round, flat ... things ... with a hole in the middle to sew it on fabrics, in the past they were made of metal. I have some problems to explain
