that's a HAWT dress!! It's great because I've been working on a costume design project for a show that's set in this era, and I've designed some dresses that look a lot like this!

You're awesome, and it's been recognized, I'm *Elune-555, and I'm part of a project over at *Deviant-Underground to promote underappreciated artists, and share their art with our watchers, each day three pieces are featured in the group journal. From there deviants are asked to participate by posting the featured thumbs in their own journals to promote both the artists and the project.
